HVR Debt Fund




Real Estate Debt Fund Opportunity

HVR Investments is pleased to present you with a unique opportunity to invest in our real estate debt fund. HVR Debt Fund I is a short-term, private lending fund with liquidity options. The goal of this fund is to provide an avenue for investors to place stagnant capital in a semi-liquid (90-day liquidity option) fund producing 6% preferred return for funds up to 100K and 8% for funds above 100K with an option for monthly compounding.

We are teaming up with as they successfully launched a real estate debt fund back in June 2020 called PIC Fund I. Our HVR Debt Fund I will specifically invest in this established Real Estate Debt Fund so upon investment you will be immediately diversified across all loans in the underlying portfolio.

The borrower-facing side of the fund is called Rehab Wallet and the fund places first position loans on rehab projects. To-date there are 500+ loans funded at ~$220mil + with an average loan size of $137,735. The fund’s current LTV (Loan To Value) average is 62% with no defaults.
